AI assistant
Pick any AI character to be your personal assistant, with quick voice access on web.
Your AI assistant is one AI character you've designated as your go-to helper. It's always one tap away.
Set your assistant
- Open the characters list and pick the character you want.
- Choose Set as assistant (or the equivalent on the character's page).
- To swap, set a different character. To clear it, choose Remove assistant.
Your assistant character can be one you created or one made by someone else.
Use your assistant
On the web
When an assistant is set, a floating assistant button appears in the corner of the app. Tap it to:
- Type a message and chat with your assistant in a quick popup.
- Use voice input — tap the mic to speak. Your browser must allow microphone access.
- Hear replies read aloud (text-to-speech). Default voice is set to English (US) and uses your browser's voices.
If your browser doesn't support speech recognition, the voice button is hidden and you can still type.
On Android
Open the assistant character directly from the chats list (it appears as a normal character chat).
What it remembers
Your assistant uses the personality field of the character it's based on, plus the recent messages in your conversation, to shape its replies. It does not have access to your DMs, posts, or account details.
Privacy
Messages with your assistant are stored as a regular character conversation under your account. You can delete them like any other character chat.
