Cannot sign in

Recover access when login fails.

Check basics

  • Confirm caps lock is off when entering your password.
  • Try reset password from the sign-in screen.
  • On Android, update Public from Public Android app on Google Play.

Email or phone verification

If sign-in requires a code you did not receive:

  • Wait a few minutes and request a new code.
  • Check spam for email messages.
  • Confirm you typed the correct email or phone number.
