Language and theme
Switch the app language (21 supported, including RTL) and toggle dark mode.
Language
Public's web app is translated into 21 languages:
English, Hindi, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Korean, Italian, Dutch, Persian (Farsi), Thai, Swahili, Malay, Polish.
Change the language
Use the Language switcher in the footer of the web app. Pick a language and the page reloads in that language. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
Right-to-left (RTL) languages
When you pick Arabic or Persian (Farsi), the layout flips to right-to-left automatically. Buttons, icons, and reading direction follow the system convention for the language. If something looks broken in RTL, see Language and RTL.
Theme (light and dark mode)
To switch between light and dark mode:
- Open Settings (
/settings). - Open the Appearance section.
- Toggle Enable dark mode on or off.
Your choice is saved per browser.
The docs site (this site) has its own light/dark toggle in the top bar — that's separate from the app's theme.
